How to spot a genuine supplement

Authenticity

Check the seller's details and ask for a purchase invoice. Inspect the packaging, seal, batch number and expiry date, and compare the pack with information from the brand's official channels.

Packaging alone cannot prove authenticity. If the brand offers an official verification process, follow it; if something seems inconsistent, contact the seller or brand before using the product.
