Counterfeit supplements are a real problem. Here is exactly how we make sure what reaches you is the genuine product, stored properly and within date.
We buy only from brands directly or from their officially authorised distributors in India. We do not source from parallel importers or unverified resellers.
Every purchase we make is backed by a GST invoice from the supplier, and every order you place with us comes with a GST invoice too — a clear paper trail from brand to you.
On arrival, we check batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates, seals and packaging. Stock with short shelf life or damaged packaging does not go on sale.
Products are stored indoors, away from direct sunlight and moisture, following each manufacturer's storage guidance — important in Kerala's heat and humidity.
